The project

GustoPharma is a Spanish laboratory specialising in nutritional supplements and wellness products formulated with natural ingredients. Its flagship line, based on snail slime extract (Helix Aspersa), has applications in both human and animal health.

In 2022 they launched their Amazon channel with a minimal presence and no growth strategy. Over three years of end-to-end management, they multiplied their sales by ×2.8 and went from operating in 3 markets to 8, consolidating their brand across Europe.
