The project

Bodegas Familiares Matarromera is one of Spain's leading winery groups, rooted in the D.O. Ribera del Duero and present across the country's main appellations of origin. The group already had a presence on Amazon Vendor.

The brief was to list 47 ASINs (12 brands) on Amazon Seller Spain for a combined Vendor/Seller strategy, with the aim of beginning the brand's expansion across Europe through the marketplace and its own logistics.

The methodology

8 phases per product

The methodology does not change with the product or the moment. Eight steps, always in the same order, with client approval before publishing.

Phase 0000

Catalogue audit

A complete review of the current catalogue: performance, content and opportunities. A diagnosis before any intervention.

Phase 0101

Validation and sources

Each product is verified against official sources. Technical data always comes from the manufacturer's regulated information.

Phase 0202

Keyword research

Identifying relevant terms by volume and purchase intent. The foundation on which all the subsequent copy is structured.

Phase 0303

Listing construction

Copy optimised for SEO and conversion. Written from the brand's own voice.

Phase 0404

Client review

Field-by-field validation with the client before publishing. Nothing reaches the marketplace without explicit approval.

Phase 0505

Images

Order and technical requirements verified before upload. Strict compliance with the marketplace's visual standards.

Phase 0606

Publishing via SP-API

Structured submission of the listing through the official API. A full record of every publication for traceability and reproducibility.

Phase 0707

Validation and Ads

Post-publication checks and launch of the advertising structure once the listing is fully validated.

"Thanks to a well-built strategy in Seller Central we have managed to move part of our wine range to this channel. The excellent catalogue work has been key."
